Celebrating your Art Ring creations!

I’m delighted to be working with teachers this week in Elko, Nevada who want to learn more about VEX 123 and VEX GO. During our explorations with VEX 123, we had a wonderful time creating with the Art Rings! In completing the Fishbowl activity each group turned their robot into a unique fish, and coded it to swim around the fishbowl.

As a special way to ‘celebrate’ the creations, we set up a small photo booth and took ‘glamour shots’ of the Art Ring creations! It was a really fun little moment to share with everyone, and gave teachers a great idea for ways students could ‘save’ their Art Ring creations at the end of a class or activity. Here are a few quick snapshots to show you what I mean…

We popped some props that could be used in the background, and the teachers in the workshop had a blast capturing their Art Ring creations! And you could easily turn your class’s art work into a slideshow to share with families or your students at the end of class or the end of a Unit.
