Does anyone have any “best practices” for when a whole class is trying to connect their VEX IQ Gen 2 robot & controller? Is there anything that works well for your that makes the process more efficient?

Did you try this in your classroom and experienced issues? If so, I’d love to know what exactly was experienced so we can work on making a process so that it is more efficient.
I would however pre-pair each Controller to the Brain one at a time before distributing the Kits to the students to avoid any issues. Once they are paired once, they will stay paired.

Pre-pairing them worked well. Other robots I have used, we had to pair them each time we used them.

Yes, it is super convenient that they will stay paired, so the beginning of each class doesn’t have to be spent re-pairing.
