The week before break can be hectic! (For those of us still going strong, haha). My students are learning about coordinate planes in the 1st quadrant (5th grade). I constructed a 10x10 square out of masking tape. The students colored objects, labeled the plane (x & y axis, number line, origin), wrote down the ordered pair of each object and are now coding their code bases to move to the objects!
