Sharing coding

Students are using Chromebooks to write their IQ code. How can the students share their code with the rest of their team so each member has the most recent version of the code.

Hi @Elzene_Barton -
Welcome to the community! There are two ways that students can share their projects:

Students can save a VEXcode IQ project to their device, then email the project to their teammates. See the steps in this article for saving a VEXcode project on a Chromebook.

  • I recommend this process if students are working together to build code.

  • See this article if you are working with Python.

Students can also use the Share feature in VEXcode IQ. This will download a .PDF image of the project. Students can share this image with their teammates who can then build the project on their device. See this article for more information on using the Share feature in VEXcode IQ.
