Let’s get a thread going on the creative ideas you have for St. Patrick’s Day. My partner and I are going to borrow pieces from the GO kit to create a a pot of gold. Students will have to code their robots to get the gold. When students make it, there will be a chocolate gold coin waiting.

That’s a great idea @Desiree_White-Price! Here are a couple of others to add to your list:

Leprechaun Dance - Use the Art Ring to create a leprechaun on the 123 Robot, and code it to do a celebratory dance
(like a jig!) - Shamrock Shapes - Design and build a shamrock or 4 leaf clover out of GO pieces. Create build instructions and see if a partner can recreate your clover based on your instructions.
- Follow the Rainbow - Use different colored markers or colored squares/dots to mark rainbow colors in various shapes/paths all over a Field. Then code your robot to drive to different colored spaces to make a ‘rainbow’ by driving to the colors in order –>red-orange-yellow-green-blue-violet. See how many different ‘rainbows’ you can code!
