Really excited about these new Activity Series coming to education.vex.com! Each is a sequence of Activities with teacher support and context to help implement the activities in your camp, club, and classroom.
My person favorite is the Island Expedition, based on the Topo Map build. Students hear a context story about a new series of uninhabited islands that need to be mapped by fearless explorers. Then, they create a topographic map based on the Topo Map build made with their VEX GO Kits.
After exploring and practicing their cartography skills, students get to design their own island and let their creativity shine. This Activity Series takes one of the simpler builds and brings it to life through storytelling and creativity.
